1. What areas do you serve?

 

Kenmar Event & Party Rental LLC proudly serves Acworth, Kennesaw, Marietta, Cobb County, and surrounding areas.

2. Are you insured?

​

Yes. Kenmar Event & Party Rental LLC is a fully insured event rental company.

​

3. What types of events do you service?

 

We provide rentals for graduations, birthdays, cookouts, baby showers, family reunions, church events, school events, backyard celebrations, anniversaries, and special occasions.

4. What rental items do you currently offer?

 

We currently offer rectangle tables, white folding chairs, premium floor-length linens, chafing dishes, and event packages. Additional inventory and event essentials are continuously being added.

 

5. What colors do your premium linens come in?

Our premium linens are currently available in:

• White • Navy • Black • Pink

6. How do I reserve my event date?

A non-refundable $50 reservation retainer is required to secure rental inventory and your event date. 

 

7. Is the reservation retainer refundable?

 

No. Reservation retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date will result in forfeiture of the reservation retainer.

 

8. When is the remaining balance due? Remaining balances must be paid prior to delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.9. Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Delivery is available based on location and scheduling availability. Delivery fees may vary depending on distance and event logistics.

 

10. Do you offer setup services?

 

Yes. Setup services are available upon request and may incur additional fees.
 

11. What happens if rental equipment is damaged or missing?

 

Customers are responsible for all rented equipment from delivery or pickup until items are returned or retrieved by Kenmar Event & Party Rental LLC. Additional cleaning, repair, replacement, or damage fees may apply for lost, stolen, damaged, or excessively dirty items.

 

12. What happens if bad weather occurs during my event?

 

Customers are responsible for protecting rental equipment from weather-related conditions including rain, wind, mud, excessive heat, or other outdoor conditions. Equipment should not be left exposed to severe weather.

 

13. Do you clean and sanitize rental items?

 

Absolutely. All rental equipment is cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and prepared prior to every rental.

 

14. Can I make changes to my order after booking?

 

We will do our best to accommodate order changes based on inventory availability and scheduling.

 

15. Are delivery and pickup times guaranteed?

 

Delivery and pickup times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, scheduling, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

16. What forms of payment do you accept?

 

We accept approved payment methods through our website, invoices, and booking system.

 

17. Is a signed rental agreement required?

 

Yes. Customers are required to review and electronically sign a rental agreement prior to pickup or delivery.

 

18. Can Kenmar Event & Party Rental LLC use event photos for marketing purposes?

 

Kenmar Event & Party Rental LLC may photograph rental setups and event-related images containing company equipment for marketing and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the customer.

 

19. What if the delivery area is unsafe or inaccessible?

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the delivery and pickup location. Kenmar Event & Party Rental LLC reserves the right to refuse delivery, setup, or pickup if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or inaccessible.

 

20. How far in advance should I book?

We strongly recommend booking as early as possible, especially during graduation season, holidays, and peak summer weekends, as inventory availability may become limited.
